Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order: Your first Lavender Pond Farm minimum order is $250. Reorders must meet a $100 minimum order value.

Ordering: Wholesale orders may be placed by calling 203.350.0367 or email info@lavenderpondfarm.com. Online ordering will be available ASAP.

Payment Terms: Opening orders must be paid in advance via check or credit card. Net 30 terms are available for reorders.

Sales Tax: Connecticut sales tax will not be collected on wholesale orders. You are required to provide us with your Tax ID # as part of your account application and the collection of appropriate state sales tax, if applicable, is your responsibility.

Sales Channels: It is assumed you will be selling our products in your physical retail location. Sales to Walmart, Jet, Ebay, Amazon or any other online stores similar to these are not permitted. If you wish to sell our products online please email us at info@lavenderpondfarm.com for approval.

International Sales: Due to our organic certification requirements we ask that you not sell our products outside of the United States. A violation of this request will result in the discontinuation of our purchasing relationship.
