This delicious jam is gourmet as it gets!  Based in the southwest region of Aquitaine, Favols has been producing award-winning jams and fruit preserves for more than 40 years. This cheese pairing combines the delicious tart flavor of quince with the fine herbal flavors of thyme and rosemary. The woody and spicy notes of the herbs play wonderfully against the fruity background. Best complemented by a fine soft cheese.

Ingredients: quince, cane sugar, gelling agent, fruit pectin, concentrated lemon juice, concentrated redcurrent juice, thyme and rosemary.
