Shipping & Returns Made Easy

Shipping charges are based on your location and weight of your order and are calculated in real-time by our shipping carriers. We strive to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details on the My Account page. Detailed in-transit tracking information is not available for orders shipped to Canada.

If you are local to our farm in Killingworth, Connecticut, orders placed online may also be picked up at our farm store during designated pick-up hours in the off-season and anytime our store is open in-season.

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If for any reason you have a question or concern with something you ordered please contact us via Email or by telephone at 203.350.0367.

Please note, our return period is thirty days. If thirty days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge. Shipping charges to return and replace a damaged or defective item will be our responsibility. All costs to return a non-damaged item will be paid by the customer.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the details of your refund or exchange. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.
